Audi supports the bid by the RC Deutschland GmbH for the most prestigious golf tournament worldwide, at which the world’s twelve best players from Europe and the United States, respectively, compete every two years, at the golf course of the Wittelsbacher Ausgleichsfonds in Neuburg/Rohrenfeld.

The Association of Non-Club Golfers (VcG) will sponsor Germany's bid to host the Ryder Cup in the year 2018, thus making an important contribution to the bid process. Claus M. Kobold, President of the Association of Non-Club Golfers (VcG), declared that a contract had been concluded between the Association of Non-Club Golfers (VcG) and the company specifically set up for the bid process, RC Deutschland GmbH.
