With registration, the participant agrees to the following conditions and objectives of the campaign:

1 The objective of the supporter campaign is to document the support for the bid to host the 2018 Ryder Cup within the population and exploit this to ensure the success of the bid. To this end, RC Deutschland GmbH (hereinafter referred to only as RCD) is planning to hand over a list of all registered persons and supporter statements on submission of the application documents to Ryder Cup LLP. The participant agrees that his or her first and last name as well as his or her supporter statement will be passed on to Ryder Cup Europe LLP.

2 The subscriber agrees that his or her supporter statement, specifying his or her first and last name as well as any uploaded picture material, will be published in the supporters' gallery on the homepage of RCD (www.rcdeutschland.de ). If specified by the participant, the home club and handicap of the participant will also be published.

3. Publication of the contribution made by the participant on the RDC homepage shall be at the sole discretion of RCD. In particular, RCD reserves the right without notification not to publish images and/or statements with content that might be deemed to glorify violence, to be pornographic, immoral, racist, commercial or political in nature. The participant recognises that there shall be no legal entitlement to publication of his or her personal data, his or her supporter statement and any submitted picture material.

4. The participant shall grant RCD the spatially and temporally unrestricted right to use any submitted picture material and supporter statement (specifying his or her first and last name) in the context of the bid to host the 2018 Ryder Cup free of charge. This encompasses in particular the right to publication in any form of media (internet, print, TV and similar) as well as the right to duplication and dissemination. The participant assures that any transfer of the rights of use to RCD does not infringe the rights of third parties. Should any third party assert claims in relation to RCD in this respect, the participant shall hold RCD free of these claims.

5. RCD shall not levy any fee for participation in the supporter campaign. To the extent that participation involves using the services of third parties, for example for internet access, the related costs are to be covered by the participant.
